I’ve been obsessing over this little contraption (BCBG) for some time now. Admittedly, my interest in it probably has something to do with the fact that, if worn correctly, it oddly resembles an overall/suspender of sorts. Or maybe one of those weight packs that fitness junkies strap on for a more aggressive cardio experience. Either way, I’m sold! What are your thoughts on the harness belt?Read More
I’ve always said I’m only jealous of one type of woman and that’s a pregnant one. And well, its obvious that Kate Middleton is becoming the cutest pregnant of all time, which means I’m super jealy! Because she is tall, she carries the baby weight well, and of course, the Princess can do no wrong when it comes to looking smart and polished. These images are from a WWD feature last week where a few top designers offered exclusive looks for the Duchess. My fav is the black Vera Wang. Which one do you like best???

I wanted to call this post “Winter White” but it felt oddly inappropriate since it’s full-on spring. Ever since the first sigs of spring, Zara has had the most amazing assortment of winter whites. I held out for as long as I could, but finally couldn’t resist this adorable crop, and then of course, had to justify buying the pants to go with. I’m looking forward to (hopefully) finding a winter white maxi to wear with this crop as well. Oh and a word on the bag….bought it for Brazil. It is the perfect travel companion. And it comes in an array of delicious colors!

Kind of love these shots from Harper’s Bazaar, May 2013. Baby wild animals! Enough said. Oh yeah, the clothes look alright too.
The former sorority girl in me was delighted to learn that this year’s Met Ball came with a “Punk: Chaos to Couture” theme, and while some celebs were right on, it seems most of them were WAY off! So hats off to Christina Ricci for rocking punk queen Vivienne Westwood! Christina, you were perfection! Other theme appropriate favs: Sienna Miller (in Burberry), Cara Delevingne (also in Burberry), Sarah Jessica Parker (in Giles Deacon), Rosie Huntington Whiteley (in Gucci), and Karolina Kurkova (in Mary Katrantzou). Honorable mention to trainwrecks Nicole Richie and Miley Cyrus — at least they tried, even though the result was equal parts disaster and disgusting.Read More
