Topshop tank, Zara shorts (mens), Zara heels, Nixon watch
Confession: I like men’s clothing as much as I like women’s. Which means I like shopping for menswear as much as I like shopping for womenswear. A few months ago, I was shopping in the men’s department at Zara (with a man) when I came across these shorts. My first thought was they were genius. My second thought was they were genius. And quite frankly, I’m still not sure why they were in the men’s section. In any event, I now own the most fabulous pair of men’s shorts!
P.S. Please try to ignore my disproportionately small ears. Usually my hair covers these little suckers.

A few shots from my amazing trip to Brazil in April. I’m terrible with photos outside of my blog so it took forever to get these up. But travel is a huge passion of mine, so I wanted to share my adventures. My brother, Andre, gets credit for some of these photos (probably the better ones).

This past Saturday, I woke up with a feeling of absolute bliss. Sure, it might have had something to do with my 10 hours of sleep or my fabulous weekend plans, but it mostly had to with the fact that it had finally arrived – June — the absolute best month of the year, hands down, no competition! For my seasoned readers, you know my obsession with June begins and ends with the fact that its my birthday month and I’m obsessed with birthdays, most of all my own. And because mine happens to fall on the 26th, I pretty much lay claim on the entire month. But since I don’t have time or energy to look fabulous all month, I’ve decided to share with you what I’ll be wearing for my birthday weekend, beginning with a glamorous party by the pool at the Hollywood Roosevelt (my fav hotel in La La) on Saturday. And to prove to you I’m not making this up, I’ll post pics after.Read More
Topshop jacket, Brandy Melville shorts, H&M shirt, Freebird boots, Super sunnies, Topshop earrings, Ioselliani and Low Luv x Erin Wasson rings.
I have been dying to shave the side of my head for as long as I can remember (pre-Rihanna/post-Cassie). BUT sadly by day job has been preventing me from taking the plunge into extreme hair territory. Admittedly, I take my penchant for rebellious fashion pretty far for being a working and somewhat legitimate attorney, but even the skull tattooed on my middle finger can be hidden when absolutely necessary (thank you Band-Aids!). Recently I discovered, however, that compromise was possible and I opted for a partially shaved side head look, which I can cover at work with a simple flip of the hair. It’s not exactly what I wanted, but it does allow me to embrace my inner total fucking rockstar, even if only on weekends. And of course, this jacket from Topshop is 100% on point. As are my new favorite sunnies – handmade in Italy. Bang bang.Read More
